Founded Rheos Capital Works in 2003 following a career at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Jardine Fleming (currently JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management) and Nomura Asset Management. Has served as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) since the founding. Abundant experience as a fund manager with a deep expertise in small mid cap and emerging growth equity investments.

Founded Rheos Capital Works in 2003 following a career at Rothschild Asset Management and Gartmore Asset Management. Extensive experience in analysis and management of emerging growth stock portfolios and long/short equity hedge funds. Deep knowledge of Japanese and global asset management industry.

Began her career as an equity trader at Daiichi Securities (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities), followed by Sony Life insurance and then participated in the founding of DJLdirect Securities (currently Rakuten Securities). Experienced in corporate planning, administration and the management of customer services over many years in the internet securities industry before joining Rheos Capital Works in 2008. Appointed director in 2009. Appointed Managing Director&CHRO of RheosCapital Works in 2020.Appointed Senior Mnaging Director,Group CHRO from 2024.

Developed numerous IT solutions and served as a systems project leader at Toshiba. He became a director of I&AS in January 2004, providing systems consultation for domestic financial instruments providers. Subsequently co-founded Gaitame Online and served as the director in charge of foreign exchange transactions, leading the company to a leadership position in the industry through the implementation of advanced information technology platforms. Believes in the potential to implement information technology for statistical and basic analysis. Appointed director in 2015. Appointed Managing Director of Rheos Capital Works in 2020. Appointed Managing Director,Group CAO from 2024.

After joining SBI Investment Co., Ltd. and served as Manager of Administrative Department and Manager of Sales Planning Department, etc., he has been engaged in venture capital management as Executive Vice President and Director for 8 years since 2015. Also served as a director of a number of companies in the SBI Group and venture capital funds' portfolio companies, contributing to the strengthening of management and compliance systems. Appointed Director&COOof Rheos Cpital Works in June 2023.Appointed Director,Group COO from 2024.

After appointed Representative Director and President of SBI Global Asset Management Co., Ltd. (formerly Morningstar Japan K.K.) in 2004 and Director & Executive Officer of SBI Holdings, Inc. in 2007, appointed Director, Senior Executive Vice President in 2022, responsible for the asset management business of the entire SBI Group. He has also served as Director of major SBI Group companies (SBI Sumishin Net Bank, Ltd., SBI Insurance Group Co., Ltd., SBI Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Okasan Asset Management Co., Ltd.). Appointed Director of Rheos Capital Works in June 2023.Appointed Director from 2024.

While attending Kansai University, started female university student wake-up call business and became a student entrepreneur. After graduation, joined Recruit Co., Ltd., became a top salesperson in her first year of business and won the MVP Award. After retirement upon childbirth, engaged in marketing businesses, appointed to the representative of Demae-can Co., Ltd, and expanded the business for about 20 years. After leaded to a listed company, expanded the market capitalization over 200 billion yen. Appointed Senior Managing Executive Officer and CCO of Nihon M & A Center Inc., Ltd. in April 2021 (present post). Appointed Independent Director of Rheos Capital Works in August 2021. Appointed Independent Director from 2024.

In 2010, while a student at Ritsumeikan University, he founded Mirairo Inc. The company offers services for disabled and a diverse range of people, such as the "Universal Manner Test" that teaches how to support disabled and elderly people, and the "Mirairo ID," a digital version of the disabled person's identification card.
Since 2016, appointed to an advisor to the Tokyo Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and in 2022 received the Zaikai "Management Award". Attended to the Advisory Council for the Special National Strategic Zone and has made recommendations on the promotion of universal design. Ranked No. 1 in The Nikkei Financial Daily (now The NIKKEI VERITAS) analyst rankings at the age of 29 in the overall corporate sector (1995) and No. 1 by sector for seven consecutive years. ln 2001, he founded Value Create Inc. While providing management advice to several companies, he served as an Independent Director of Rheos Capital Works Inc., Commons Asset Management,Inc., which is a long-term investment company, and several listed companies. Served as head of research and advisor to the CVC divisions of several companies. Professor of MOT at Tokyo University of Science.  World Intellectual Capital/Assets Initiative (WICI) board member. From 2000 served as Branch Manager of Toyama Branch and then Branch Manager of Niigata Branch, From 2007 General Manager of Fixed Income Department, Branch Manager of Okayama Branch in 2010. Counselor in charge of Corporate Sales and Financial Market in 2012. From 2014 Auditor of Daiwa Securities Co. Limited. From 2020 Auditor of Daiwa Asset Management, Part-time auditor of Daiwa Investor Relations Co. and Literature Clare Securities Inc. Joined KURODA ELECTRIC CO.,LTD. in 1983, and after served as General Manager of Planning Office and Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy, joined e-Revolution  co.,ltd in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer, and was appointed as Director and Chief Financial Officer.After working as a directorAfter joining Revamp Corporation and working as a director,joined Rheos Capital Works Inc. in 2008. Held key administrative positions such as Chief Financial Officer and Manager of Accounting and Finance Department.
